Corbett Land Strategies Inc. represents the Vales of the Humber Landowners Group Inc. through Landowner Group Management and securing approval of a Draft Plan of Subdivision for 0 McVean Drive in Brampton. CLS submitted and coordinated the landowners for this former school site to ultimate deliver a 47-lot single-detached subdivision with lot widths of up to 14.3 metres and depths of at least 27.5 metres. CLS negotiated directly with City staff on technical matters and carried the file from pre-consultation through to registered plan of subdivision. CLS continues to support the landowner group through the provision of construction manager on the build out of the site. This project demonstrates CLS's ability to guide a greenfield residential subdivision efficiently through pre-consultation, technical resolution, and registration with minimal need for policy amendments. It further reflects the firm's continued involvement with a project through to the final home-buyer disclosure stage, well beyond typical approvals work.
