Corbett Land Strategies Inc. (CLS) has served since 2018 as landowner group managers and lead planning consultant to the Upper West Side Landowners Group Inc. (UWSLG), a coalition of landowners holding lands south of Twenty Road West in Hamilton. CLS prepared and submitted the Urban Boundary Expansion (UBE) applications to bring these lands into the City's urban area for residential development.
