CLS has continued to advance a vision to transform the vacant industrial land into a transit-oriented community of up to 2,800 residential units across roughly 18 developable acres, including market, seniors, and affordable housing. The firm's strategy centres on positioning the site to support a future GO Transit stop on the preferred Guelph-to-Cambridge rail expansion route. CLS represented the client in a successful Ontario Land Tribunal appeal to protect the property's Queen Street access, and continues to advance development approval applications.
