CLS has guided the development through Pre-Consultation, Zoning By-law Amendment and Site Plan Submssion, resubmission, providing evidence at the Ontario Land Tribunal, a Statutory Public Meeting, and the ultimate approval by the City of Markham. This project exemplifies CLS's skill in delivering gentle, infill residential intensification that is both responsive to community concerns and consistent with provincial and regional growth objectives. It further reflects the firm's experience carrying a file from initial rezoning through Site Plan Approval and toward eventual condominium registration.
